“The Social Network” Named Best Film By The Washington D.C. Area Film Critics Association
Posted by Marya E. Gates
Seems like David Fincher’s film is picking up lots of momentum as Awards Season is beginning. The question is whether it can keep it up all the way through Oscar night. The Town won Best Ensemble again. Makes me wonder if it’ll get a SAG nomination. Sure looks like it.

Well this messes with my theory – I usually assume the winner of best picture will win things like score, cinematography, or script. Hmmm. Inception even won art direction here and then boom – Surpise best picture social network. Watching these two movies vie for the top spot is likely to drive us crazy for months. Fun huh?
