Aaron Sorkin Wins At WGA, USC Scripter Awards
Posted by Marya E. Gates
Aaron Sorkin can add a few more feathers to his cap on his way to the Oscars later this month, winning Best Adapted Screenplay at the Writers Guild of America awards. The Social Network screenwriter also won the top prize at the USC Scripter Awards, which gives its prize to the best adapted screenplay of the year. Sorkin sure seems like he cannot lose come Oscar night; he’s won almost every single award he’s been nominated for.
For full updates on the rest of the WGA winners (remember, the screenplay for The King’s Speech is ineligible due to David Seidler not being a member), follow Steve Pond on Twitter.
